The Hemingfords Bowls Club can be found in Hemingford Grey, Cambridgeshire at The Pavilion. We are a very friendly mixed membership club and have a full programme of matches and competitions as well as regular fun bowling days and social events.
We always welcome new members of any age or ability, whether experienced bowlers or new to bowls. We’ll help you get started in this great game.
Our bowling green holds 6 rinks and is very well maintained by our Greenkeeper and a team of volunteers.
Our season runs from April until September. We have social Roll Ups from 10 – 12 noon every Friday and from 2 – 4 pm every Saturday throughout the season as well as fielding 3 Men’s Thursday League Teams, 2 Ladies Monday League Teams, 4 Over 60’s Wednesday League Teams and 2 Mixed League Teams. Regular club competitions are played throughout the summer. We also run coaching/improving/practice sessions on a Tuesday evening 6-8pm.
Just want to spectate? You are very welcome to come along and watch the matches being played free of charge.
We operate a policy of no smoking or vaping on the green.

Becoming a member entitles you to use of the The Pavilion facilities, the option to take part in the weekly friendly Roll-Up sessions, play in one of our league teams and getting the chance to compete in the Club Competitions. Please see the new members section on our website.
